What happens when you miss someone like crazy?
You think about them when you're busy.
You think about them when you're alone.
A song reminds you of them.
A place reminds you of them.
Sometimes, even a random moment in your day reminds you of them.
You replay old conversations.
You wonder how they're doing.
You wonder if they ever think about you too.
And for a moment, your mind convinces you that missing them means you should reach out.
That missing them means they belong in your life.
But that's not always true.
Because missing someone doesn't just mean you miss the person.
Sometimes, you miss the routine.
The comfort.
The familiarity.
The version of yourself that existed when they were around.
And here's the part nobody talks about...
You can miss someone deeply...
and still be better off without them.
Because missing someone is an emotion.
Not a decision.
Not a sign.
Not a reason to go back.
Sometimes, it's simply proof that they mattered.
And sometimes...
it's proof that you've loved, you've lost, and you're still healing.
